The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany)  and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):  

We charge a flat shipping fee of 6.50€ per order for printed models.
For Conquest etc. (package) we charge 7.90€ shipping per order
Ab einem Bestellwert von 250,00 € liefern wir versandkostenfrei.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge a flat rate of 15.00€ per order for shipping costs abroad.
From an order value of 300,00 € We deliver abroad free of charge. (The exception is Heroscape articles)
Please order Heroscape items separately. These will not be delivered free of charge.

Delivery deadlines

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) will take place within 3 – 7 days, and for international deliveries within 7 – 14 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment order).
Please note that delivery is not possible on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made any differing agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
